Bhubaneswar: After Bijepur bypoll debacle , Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) president Prasad Harichandan resigned from his post on moral ground. Confirming this, senior Congress leader Suresh Kumar Routray alleged three senior party leaders of conspiring against Prasad to taste defeat in the recently concluded assembly bypoll in Bijepur constituency.
